Dinner of the Festival of Provence with Rosé Wines (02 to 04 of August)

Located in the south of France, the region of Provence is famous for producing full-bodied pink wines. About three-quarters of the total wine produced by the French region is rosé, which inherit its best local soil characteristics, wines that are notable for their strong personality combined with a delicate bouquet.

Provence offers a varied landscape, which receives the charms of the Mistral wind and has a sunny climate. The region demonstrates a unique personality, which reflects in its wines the charm of the Mediterranean climate, with mild winters and extremely hot summers.

For this festival, Fernando Becker, our award-winning chef, has prepared a special menu that will transport you to the French lands of Provence. The harmonization will be done by winemaker with the best rosé wines from our winery.
